01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mal69 platform, including the website at mal69.net, the mal69 mobile app, and all associated services. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on mal69, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you are accessing mal69 on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. mal69 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and play on mal69, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one mal69 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact number. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. mal69 will never ask for your password through live chat, email, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately and change your password.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

mal69 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash and Nagad. These are the only supported payment methods. Deposits are credited to your mal69 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page and may be updated from time to time. Withdrawals are processed to the same wallet used for the most recent deposit. mal69 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or wallets not registered in your name.

• Standard withdrawals are processed within two minutes of approval.
• Withdrawals above a certain threshold may require additional identity verification before processing.
• mal69 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once the funds have been used for betting.

If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the standard processing time, contact mal69 support via live chat. Do not submit multiple withdrawal requests for the same amount, as this may cause processing errors.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

mal69 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is displayed at the time the offer is presented.

Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. When you place a bet, real-money funds are used first unless the bonus terms specify otherwise. Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash directly.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

By placing a bet in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules for that game. mal69 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

All live dealer games on mal69 use certified equipment and are conducted by trained dealers. Game outcomes are determined by the physical result of each round — the cards dealt, the dice rolled, or the wheel spun — and are not influenced by any software algorithm.

In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be voided and all bets returned to players. mal69 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players. Decisions regarding voided rounds are final.

mal69 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a software error, a pricing error, or any other technical malfunction that resulted in incorrect odds or game conditions being displayed.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on mal69 and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing mal69 staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

mal69 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified via the contact details registered to your account. During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or make withdrawals. If the suspension is resolved in your favour, full access will be restored.

If your account is permanently closed due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. If the closure is not related to a violation — for example, at your own request — your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment wallet after standard verification.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting mal69 support. Self-exclusion requests made through the Responsible Gaming tools are processed separately and take effect immediately.

09 Responsible Gaming

mal69 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available in your account settings at any time.

If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, mal69 encourages you to use the self-exclusion tool, which will prevent you from accessing your account for a period of your choosing. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

While every effort is made to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, mal69 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.

mal69's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. mal69 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
